- Excellent adhesion to a wide range of building materials without primer
- Limited on PVC materials
- Excellent adhesion to copper & brass
- Can be applied to natural stone
- Initial high tack
- Non-adhesive surface, after drying
- Can be applied to damp surfaces without bubble formation or loss of adhesion (unlike PU sealants)
- All-weather and very good UV resistance colour stability - no cracking or yellowing
- Free of hazardous isocyanates
